RMA did a superb job of marketing utilizing a multi-media approach complete with professional photos that gave a realistic preview of the rentals along with an accurate description. I just wanted to share with you, I went to pick up my son from our cousins apartment in kuna ( Lyndsey Keys) this weekend and I was telling her I loved her new carpet. She proceeded to share with me all the struggles she had with the previous property management and how grateful she was for the new property mgt. Once she was done I asked her who the new PM was and she said Realty Management Associates, I was like oh yeah I know Spencer…. We have honestly loved our rental home and the service that we have received from RMA. Our initial application process was seamless and done from afar in Utah. We were able to complete everything electronically and know without a doubt that we had found the perfect rental home with a great management company. For any concerns or maintenance requests, we have been able to call and someone was at our home within a reasonable time frame, sometimes within 24 hours to fix the problem.
