Cooler days are on the way, and a new season is beginning.
As we move into fall, we want to keep you informed, help you stay comfortable in your home, and make sure you know what to expect this month.
Office Closed
Our office will be closed on Monday, September 7th in observance of Labor Day.
Fall Home Reminder
A few simple things can help keep your home comfortable as temperatures begin to change:
- Keep heating vents clear
- Replace your furnace filter if it is your responsibility
- Disconnect outdoor hoses when colder weather arrives
- Report any heating or maintenance concerns as soon as possible
Maintenance Tip
When submitting a maintenance request, please include as much detail as possible.
Photos, a clear description of the issue, and any helpful information can make it easier for our team to understand the problem and coordinate the right solution.
Enjoy the Season
September brings cooler mornings, changing leaves, and the start of fall.
We hope you enjoy the season and feel comfortable in your home!
