Meet Our New Assistant Property Manager!
Rachel James joined the RMA team in August of 2023 as our Assistant Property Manager. She was born and raised in Medford, Oregon and then moved to McCall, Idaho in 2010. She then decided to make the move to Boise in 2020 where she had worked for a national, well-known food chain, as their General Manager for the past few years. Rachel and her husband, along with their two children, are enjoying spending their free time exploring all that the Treasure Valley has to offer. She is excited to be a part of the RMA team and looks forward to growing with the company.

Maintenance Updates
The maintenance updates only apply to those of you who have pre-ordered preventative maintenance services. If you didn’t opt in for a service you read about in this newsletter, and would like to schedule a service, just email your property manager to let them know.
Optional services beginning in October, and continuing through November:
- Sprinkler Blow Outs/Turn Off
- Hot Water Heater Services
- Carpet Cleaning
- Fall HVAC Services
Fall drive by’s will also be starting in November. Tenants can expect to see an RMA employee doing an exterior inspection and owners will receive a copy of that report.

Accounting Updates
It’s almost tax time again! We have been notified by the IRS that some of you have incorrect information for reporting. Please make sure that if any of your information (address, name, etc) has changed since filling out your W9 that you inform your property manager right away.
