Please note that if you have landscaping provided for your tenant, prices will be increasing due to fuel and fertilizer pricing increases. If you have any questions about how this will affect you, please contact your property manager.

Accounting Updates
Accounting would like to remind owners that EPS payments will be pulled in July. You will see those reflected on your owner statement if you are enrolled in our Eviction Protection Service.
