Holiday Tenant Gift Cards
RMA Owners generously gave 187 tenants gifts cards this Christmas that totaled $6,355! This has been our best year so far for tenant gifts. Thank you to all of our wonderful owners who contributed!
Be sure to look out for the optional maintenance survey at the end of January. This survey is your opportunity to select services for your investment property in 2022, to maintain the integrity of your property. Please be sure to read and respond to that survey.
The maintenance updates only apply to those of you who have pre-ordered preventative maintenance services. If you didn’t opt in for a service you read about in this newsletter, and would like to schedule a service, just email your property manager to let them know.

Accounting would like to remind you to make sure to update your addresses with RMA in preparation for your tax documents to be sent. If you have no change to your mailing address, please disregard!
Additionally, all year-end information will be mailed to you by 1/31/23. Your January Statement will be available through your portal as usual after the 25th.
