Holiday Tenant Gift Cards
This year, we are pleased to offer the tenant gift card program again, which has increased in popularity each year. Christmas brings out the giving side in most of us, and we are grateful for your generosity to your tenants in years past. In 2022, our tenants received a combined $6,355 from our RMA owners. Your holiday elves (RMA), would be delighted to, once again, deliver a thank you gift to your tenants on your behalf. We suggest a $25 gift card. The Amazon gift cards that were used last year were a major hit with tenants, so our office has decided to proceed with Amazon Gift cards again this year. If you would like to give more than $25, please let us know.
If you believe your tenant was “nice” enough this year to receive a visit from Santa’s RMA elves, please let us know by December 10th and we’ll be sure to put a smile on your tenant’s face, which will also most likely be accompanied by good will for the New Year. Below is the link that you can access to sign up for the Gift Card. Due to continued increase cost in materials and handling, there will be a service fee of $5 for each gift card to offset expenses by our office.

Rays For Rare
RMA always has our eyes open for a great local cause that can provide services that help those near us. Rays for Rare is a charity that helps medically fragile children and their families when they need support outside of the hospital. There are over 5,000 medically fragile children in our community that benefit from these services. RMA has donated $250 to the cause, and we have some wonderful vendors that will be contributing to the cause as well. If you are looking for something meaningful to donate to this season, we suggest Rays for Rare. Please see their information and mission statement below!
Rays for Rare, formerly Corwyn’s Cause, began in 2017 after Megan and Corey Schomer experienced the loss of their son Corwyn.
Corwyn was born with a rare brain malformation, he was medically fragile with many health issues. While in the hospital, his family found that charities visit, support, bring special visitors, and comfort items. When they moved to care at home, they found they were alone, no charities serviced families in their home. After Corwyn passed away at home in November 2016, they decided this is a cause they would like to bring light to, and Corwyn’s Cause was formed.
We support medically fragile children and their families. We also offer advocacy, support, education, and services throughout their difficult time.
Rays for Rare Goals and Mission
Bringing uplifting support to medically fragile children and their families. Providing respite through family support. Connecting families to additional resources in their community. Advocating for pediatric palliative and hospice care resources for children.

It’s almost tax time again! We have been notified by the IRS that some of you have incorrect information for reporting. Please make sure that if any of your information (address, name, etc) has changed since filling out your W9 that you inform your property manager right away.
