Holiday Tenant Gift Cards

Once again, this year, we are pleased to offer the tenant gift card program, which has increased in popularity each year. In 2020 during height of the pandemic, RMA Property Owner’s gifted over $4,500 to their tenants. Christmas brings out the giving side in most of us, and we are grateful for your generosity to your tenants in years past. Your holiday elves (RMA), would be delighted to, once again, deliver a thank you gift to your tenants on your behalf. We suggest a $25 gift card. The Amazon gift cards that were used last year were a major hit with tenants, so our office has decided to proceed with Amazon Gift cards again this year.
If you believe your tenant was “nice” enough this year to receive a visit from Santa’s RMA elves, please let us know by December 3 and we’ll be sure to put a smile on your tenant’s face, which will also most likely be accompanied by good will for the New Year. Below is the link that you can access to sign up for the Gift Card. Due to continued increase cost in materials and handling, there will be a service fee of $5 for each gift card to offset expenses by our office.

The office schedule for the holidays will be as follows:
Closed early Friday 12/17/21 at 3:00 pm for Holiday Staff Party
Closed early Thursday 12/23/21 at 1:00 pm
Closed Friday/Monday 12/24/21 & 12/27/21 for Christmas
Closed early Thursday 12/30/21 at 1:00 pm
Closed Friday 12/31/21 for New Year’s
RMA would like to let you know that we have scheduled the optional services for 2021.
Optional Services being completed throughout the fall are:
- Gutter Cleaning
- Hot Water Heater Inspections
- Fall Yard Clean Up
- Sprinkler Blow Outs
The maintenance updates only apply to those of you who have pre-ordered these preventative maintenance services. If you didn’t opt in for a service you read about in this newsletter, and would like to schedule a service, just email your property manager to let them know.
You can always see updates on the status of your property’s tenancy renewal on your OWA. Information about the tenants renewal or notice to vacate will be there for you to review once we get close to the end of the lease.
