COVID 19 Update

COVID-19 spread continues escalating to record levels with close to 31,000 new cases and 264 new deaths since we reported in our November newsletter. In response, Governor Little has rolled the state back to Stage 2 Order.

‘Tis the Season to be Grateful and Giving!

Once again, this year, we are pleased to offer the tenant gift card program, which has increased in popularity each year. Christmas brings out the giving side in most of us, and we are grateful for your generosity to your tenants in years past. Your holiday elves, (RMA), would be delighted to, once again, deliver a thank you gift to your tenants on your behalf. We suggest a $25 gift card. Due to the excessive activation fees charged by Visa and other bank cards, this year we have selected Amazon cards.  This decision was made on the basis of making Christmas shopping easier and safer in these challenging times. 

If you believe your tenant was “nice” enough this year to receive a visit from Santa’s RMA elves, please let us know by December 10 and we’ll be sure to put a smile on your tenant’s face, which will also most likely be accompanied by good will for the New Year.

Realty Management Associates Holiday Schedule

The office schedule for the holidays will be as follows:

  • Closed early Friday 12/11/21 at 3:30 for virtual staff Holiday party.
  • Closed Thurs/Friday-12/24/20 & 12/25/20 for Christmas (we will close books prior to holiday).
  • 12/31/20 work until 1:00 pm. Closed 1/01/21 for New Years.

Maintenance Updates

There are no new scheduled maintenance services for the balance of the year. Look for the 2021 schedule of services at the beginning of the year.

The maintenance updates only apply to those of you who have pre-ordered these preventative maintenance services. If you didn’t opt in for a service you read about in this newsletter, and would like to schedule a service, just email MacKenzie at to let her know.)

Accounting Updates

Financial year end information

Your detail Profit and Loss statements, (owner’s income and expenses for each property), will be attached to your owner portal at the end of January. It will also be sent to the address we have on file for you by US mail on or before January 31st.

Your 1099 will be mailed on or before January 31. For security reasons, the 1099s are not made available to view online.

Please remember that we need to have a current mailing address to send year-end tax information.
