Hi Residents,
It’s that time of year again! Our Fall Drive By inspections will be happening soon as part of our seasonal property checks. We’ll be out in neighborhoods making sure homes are looking great and ready for winter.
To prepare, please:
- Put away garden hoses to prevent freezing.
- Clean up fallen leaves and tidy your yard.
- Dispose of old pumpkins or other decorations before they start to rot.
These small steps go a long way in keeping your home beautiful and well-maintained — and we truly appreciate your help!

- Meridian Winter Lights Parade & Tree Lighting – A festive family event with food trucks, music, and holiday cheer.
