New and Exciting Features to Benefit YOU!

You will notice a new format to our tenant newsletters. We want you to look forward to our monthly communication, (not dread the reminders we send), so we are forming partnerships with businesses in the community to offer you special pricing and packages that will encourage you to use these businesses, (and read our reminders!), while at the same time enjoying a great value. This is a work in progress, so as we move toward a new year, you will notice new and fun things being added each month. The properties we manage are spread throughout the greater Boise area, from East Boise to Caldwell. As time progresses we will be forming partnerships with business in all areas of the Treasure Valley that our tenants live and work in.

Important Reminders

  • Time to change furnace filters
  • Detach hoses from exterior faucets
  • Put your garden to bed. (*see instructions below)
  • Rake Leaves
  • If your gutters are full of leaves – PLEASE let us know before the first hard freeze!

* Cut to the ground: ornamental grasses, Delphinium, Beebalm, Catmint, Columbine, Daylilly, Crocosmia, Corydalis. Leave some perennials standing throughout winter, then cut to the ground in spring. The seeds of Echinacea and Rudbeckia will attract and feed the birds: Sedum will hold onto snow like frosting. There are also plants that like the protection their foliage provides for their crowns. Asclepias (Butterfly Weed), Chrysanthemums and Heuchera (Coral Bells) fare best if cleaned up in the spring.

The Aquarium Of Boise

We may be a land-locked state, but Boise offers it’s young residents, as well as those who are young at heart, a fascinating glimpse of life in the ocean and fresh waterways, both tropical and temperate. Boise’s Aquarium may not look very impressive from the outside, an understated façade in a dreary strip mall adjacent to the Boise Towne Square Mall, but once inside, feast your eyes on the exhibits and not their surrounds, and you will be transported into an exotic world of corals, ocean creatures, river dwellers, reptiles and tropical birds.

The Aquarium of Boise believes in an interactive experience offering several exhibits that are open and low to the ground, encouraging inquisitive youngsters to gently touch the inhabitants. Unusual pets that have outgrown their homes or have become too cumbersome or complicated to care for have found sanctuary at the Aquarium adding variety beyond marine life. In a back room rows of tanks are lined up ready to propagate corals, and huge tanks of water are kept in reserve for cycling the necessary water supply for the expansive seawater and freshwater tanks that house different types of fish and other aquatic dwellers. If you haven’t visited the Aquarium of Boise recently, now is your chance to take the whole family for 20% off admission. Don’t wait too long; offer expires at the end of January. Simple and Real – More Fit – Less Time.

FitMania’s first location opened 6 years ago with a key entry gym, and Sherry Fernandez, the owner, as personal trainer. Sherry soon came to discover a different protocol from the average big box gym was far more successful for her clients. In 2010 Sherry introduced group classes of High-Intensity Interval Resistance Training (HIRT). Clients got results and business thrived. FitMania now has 3 locations in Boise, Meridian and Eagle. Sherry’s philosophy is that fitness is a lifestyle, it isn’t just about losing weight. Fitness is about health and strength for mind, body, and spirit. With Sherry’s protocol you don’t have to spend hours and hours at the gym. Three to four fortyfive minute sessions a week can keep you in a near-constant state of increased metabolic activity, improving your life and health. Take advantage of FitMania’s special promotion of $55 off one month’s membership or $100 off 3-months for RMA tenants and utilize the short dark days of winter to get fit, healthy and emotionally strong! What To Do About Town?

Sponsored by Tia Crabtree – Front Street Brokers – 208-484-8215 –
Greenbelt magazine offers great feature articles on local businesses, news, views, a dining guide and information on upcoming entertainment. As we approach the holiday season there are numerous fundraising events, theatre productions, visiting bands, and internationally touring shows. One of the exciting events coming to town is Celtic Thunder. The World-renowned Irish music group created by show producer Sharon Browne has performed live to over 1.5 million people. They are ON TOUR NOW and performing at the Morrison Center, Boise on November 17. Celtic Thunder is known for its eclectic, theatrical style show often with the use of dramatic set pieces (frequently invoking symbols of ancient Celtic mythology), visual effects, and highly choreographed staging.

For more information on this and many other events happening in November visit the calendar at Greenbelt Magazine.
