Celebrating 45 Years of Excellence in Property Management!
This year marks a significant milestone for Realty Management Associates—45 years of making renting great! Since our founding, we have remained committed to delivering top-tier property management services, driven by expertise, innovation, and integrity.
At the heart of our success is our founder, Marc Banner, a true leader in the industry. His leadership extends beyond RMA—Marc has founded the Southwest Idaho chapter and served as President of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®) and was the first Master Property Manager (MPM®) in Idaho. Under his guidance, RMA has earned the prestigious Certified Residential Management Company (CRMC®) designation, a testament to our ongoing commitment to excellence.
Now enjoying retirement, Marc proudly passed the torch to the next generation of leadership. Today, the company is led by President Spencer Henderson and Finance Manager Brandy Ker, who, alongside a dedicated team of 10 employees, manage hundreds of homes across the Treasure Valley. Guided by our core values—ethical professionalism, dedication to customer service, teamwork, problem-solving, and strive for excellence—they continue to uphold the legacy Marc built and ensure RMA remains a trusted name in property management.
