Spring Reminders for Tenants

As we head into spring, we want to share a few important reminders depending on whether you’re renewing your lease or planning to move out, along with a heads-up about upcoming property visits.

If You’re Renewing Your Lease

Thank you for choosing to stay! To help keep your home in great shape, please remember to:

  • Continue regular housekeeping and upkeep
  • Report maintenance concerns promptly through your tenant portal
  • Keep exterior areas (yards, patios, balconies) clean and free of debris
  • Follow all lease guidelines related to landscaping and property care

Keeping up with these items helps ensure a smooth renewal and a comfortable living experience.

If You’re Planning to Move Out

To help make your move-out process as smooth as possible, please plan ahead:

  • Provide proper written notice per your lease terms
  • Review your move-out checklist carefully
  • Schedule professional cleaning if required
  • Remove all personal belongings and trash
  • Leave the property in similar condition to when you moved in (normal wear and tear excepted)
  • Return all keys, garage remotes, and access devices

Detailed move-out instructions will be sent closer to your vacate date.

Spring Drive-Bys

As part of our seasonal maintenance efforts, spring drive-by inspections will begin during the second half of March. These brief exterior checks help us:

  • Identify visible maintenance needs
  • Ensure lease compliance
  • Plan preventative care for the warmer months

You do not need to be home for Drive-By’s

Sprinkler Activation Notice

Sprinkler systems will be turned on throughout the spring as weather conditions allow. Once activated, please watch for leaks, broken heads, or areas not receiving proper water and report any issues promptly. Proper operation helps protect landscaping and prevent water damage.

If you have questions about your lease status, renewal options, or upcoming inspections, please reach out—we’re happy to help.
