Happy New Year! We hope 2026 is off to a great start for you and your families. As we begin a new year together, we have a few important updates to help you prepare for tax season and review upcoming annual charges.
1099 FORMS — PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR MAILING ADDRESS
With tax season approaching, please make sure we have your current mailing address on file for your 2025 1099.
If you moved or prefer your form to be sent to a different address, simply notify your property manager and we’ll update your account.
ANNUAL ADMINISTRATIVE FEE — POSTING IN JANUARY
Thank you to all owners who participated in this year’s Holiday Gift Card Program! A total of $4,620 in gift cards were delivered to tenants to spread some holiday cheer across the valley.
If you opted in, you will notice a charge on your account under Advertising/Promotion for the amount you designated per property.
We appreciate your partnership and look forward to another successful year working together.
