Holiday Tenant Gift Cards Deadline
The deadline for the Holiday Tenant Gift Cards is quickly approaching!
Don’t forget to participate in this year’s Tenant Gift Card Program! This is a wonderful opportunity to spread holiday cheer and show appreciation to your tenants.
The deadline to sign up is December 9th. As a reminder:
- We’re suggesting $25 Amazon gift cards, but you can give more if you’d like.
- There’s a $5 service fee per card to cover materials and handling.

1099 and P&L Statements
Reminder: Update Your Address for 1099 Forms
As the year wraps up, it’s important to ensure we have your current address on file to avoid delays in receiving your 1099 forms. If you’ve recently moved or need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible.
Additionally, please note that the $50 admin fee for processing 1099 forms and P&L statements will appear in your January billing statement.
