Drive By Inspection: What You Need To Know

As part of our routine drive-by inspections, our team will be out in the neighborhoods checking on the exterior condition of homes. These quick inspections help us stay ahead of maintenance issues and ensure all properties meet lease requirements.
What to Expect
- Our staff will be taking exterior photos to document the condition of the home, so please be aware that you might see someone taking a few pictures of your home.
- If we notice any lease violations (such as yard maintenance issues, unapproved vehicles, or personal items stored in the front), we may leave a violation notice with details on what needs to be addressed.

Spring has arrived, and it’s time to activate the sprinkler systems! If your sprinkler system is not managed by your owner or HOA, our vendors will be visiting soon to turn them on (city water only) and ensure everything is functioning properly.
For owners who have opted in for optional maintenance services, vendors will be coming out to perform HVAC servicing, gutter cleaning, lawn care, exterior landscaping, lawn fertilization, spider barrier treatments, and window cleaning as part of the property’s upkeep. These services are fully covered by the landlord, meaning tenants will not be charged for any of the scheduled work. However, we kindly ask that you keep an eye out for any maintenance requests or issues related to these services and report anything that may need attention. If you have any questions or notice something that needs addressing, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
