Our Team

Realty Management Associates, Inc., CRMC® (RMA) has been in the business of management of single-family homes, townhouses, condominiums and small apartment properties since 1980. RMA has earned the CRMC® (Certified Residential Management Company) designation; the first in Idaho and one of only 48 nationwide. The CRMC® designation is accredited by NARPM® and is only awarded to property management firms that demonstrate a high standard in both procedures and customer service.

Our Experienced Team

Spencer Henderson is a native Boisean graduating from Borah High School in 2008. Spencer moved out of state to take advantage of valuable business experience with Fortune 500 companies Google and Cisco Systems, and spent 3 years in management positions for HOA and property management companies. Spencer returned to the Treasure Valley in October 2014 to join Realty Management Associates, Inc. as a Property Manager. In 2020 Spencer was promoted to President of the company and in 2021 he became a 50% owner in Realty Management Associates Inc.

Brandy Ker joined the RMA team in 2011. She has lived in Idaho her entire life. After graduating from Borah High School in 1990 she went on to receive her Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education from the University of Idaho. Brandy worked in her field as the Program Manager/Developmental Specialist for a private Developmental Disability Agency in Idaho Falls, Idaho, where she lived for 14 years.

Brandy enjoys spending time with her two beautiful daughters and her finance’. She enjoys spending her free time in the outdoors, usually at the family cabin in Warm Lake boating and exploring the trails on their four-wheeler.  She loves all the activities this great State has to offer.  Brandy also enjoys traveling, cooking, good food and wine, reading, movies, music, gardening, and spending time with family and friends. In 2020 Brandy was promoted to Secretary/Treasurer of the company and in 2021 she became a 50% owner in Realty Management Associates Inc.

Deeanna Windes joined the RMA team in Spring of 2022. Deeanna is an Idaho Native and was born and raised right here in the Treasure Valley. She comes to us from a Fortune 500 retail company as a high-level supervisor where she worked for 19 years. Deeanna led a team of over 300 employees here in Boise as well as in Moscow, ID. Deeanna’s dedication in customer service and communication led to building wonderful relationships with-in the local community.

Outside of work Deeanna enjoys spending time with her children, granddaughter, and her husband.  Deeanna is also the proud owner of 6 dogs which occupies a lot of her time.

Sierra joined Realty Management Associates in October of 2024 and brings a fresh perspective to the team. Born and raised on a farm in Vale, Oregon, Sierra grew up with a strong work ethic and a love for the outdoors. She later moved to the Treasure Valley and now calls Boise home. In her free time, Sierra enjoys relaxing with her dogs, catching up on her favorite Netflix shows, and prioritizing self-care. Her friendly nature and dedication make her a valued part of the RMA family.

Jenifer grew up in the South and studied English and History at Louisiana Tech before moving to Idaho in 1998. Jenifer has spent much of her career working with Fortune 500 retail companies, gaining valuable experience in customer service and relationship building. She’s raised two children here and loves the strong sense of community Idaho offers. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, spending time with her dog, and cooking comfort Southern food.

Samantha is a native Idahoan and has lived in Boise for 14 years. She graduated from Eagle High School in 2020, and recently received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Environmental Studies from Boise State University. Samantha is a passionate traveler with an adventurous spirit and a deep love for exploring new cultures and destinations. Her travel experiences have not only broadened her horizons but also fueled her creativity and problem-solving skills.

When she’s not on the move, Samantha is dedicated to her career in property management. With a natural knack for organization and communication, she enjoys the challenge of ensuring properties are well-maintained and that tenants have a seamless living experience. Her ability to balance the demands of both her professional and personal life is a testament to her strong work ethic and love for finding harmony in everything she does.

Marc Banner, RMA owner and president, obtained his Bachelor’s Degree at Idaho State University in 1976 and his Master’s Degree in Economics at Purdue University in 1978. He has been a Professional Property Manager since 1980 and a Real Estate Agent/Broker since 1979. He obtained his Real Estate Broker’s license in 1987.

Marc’s commitment to uphold the highest standards in the industry is demonstrated by his many outstanding accomplishments. Marc was elected as the 2005 president of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®), a national organization dedicated to professionalism in residential property management through education, certification, networking, and ethical practice. Marc earned the prestigious Master Property Manager (MPM®) designation. He was the first MPM® in the State of Idaho and one of only 105 nationwide. He has since been awarded the Residential Management Professional (RPM®) designation and Realty Management has earned the Certified Residential Management Company (CRMC®) certification which is only awarded to companies that have proved they have attained the highest levels of education and commitment in the property management field. This certification is only awarded after a detailed on-site examination of the company has been performed by a NARPM® auditor selected by the certification committee. This certification must be renewed annually and a review of the company’s procedures is performed every 3 years in order to maintain the certification. Only 3 property management companies in Idaho hold this prestigious certification.

Marc is a true leader among his peers. As a past President and Founding Member of the Southwest Idaho Chapter, Marc’s dedication to the field of property management and excellent service to his community is unsurpassed.

Pam Traenkner joined the RMA team in 1988 as our very first employee and remained an essential part of our company’s foundation for decades. With deep knowledge of every aspect of property management and a steadfast commitment to RMA’s policies and procedures, Pam helped shape the standards we still uphold today. Pam’s legacy lives on through the culture she helped build, the systems she shaped, and the people she supported. She will always be remembered as a cornerstone of the RMA family.
